road. The bents is not recommended for downhill
Competition,
stunt riding, or any aggressive off-road riding. Make sure all quick release
and screws, nut locked
and
safety lock before use the bike.

standard, Rider needs Special Order.
Bicycle Safety
1. Always wears an approved bicycle helmet.
2. Obey all traffic laws.
3. Make sure rider can reach brake levers easily.
4. Make sure brakes work properly and that the bicycle works perfectly.
5. Do not weave in and out of traffic or swerve from side to side.
6. Do not "stunt" ride or race in traffic.
7. Never ride two people on a bicycle designed for one.
(Except specially
designed and properly installed child carriers.)
8. Mount loads securely. Never carry package that interfere with brakes
or vision.
9. Be alert for cars pulling out into traffic.
Keep a sharp watch for the sudden opening of car doors.
10. Always have lights on at
night, and install reflectors properly.
11. Slow down when approaching
hikers or equestrians.
12. Use appropriate hand
-signals for turning and stopping.
13. If the roads are icy, do not
to ride your bike at all.
14. Never allow oil, grease, wax
etc. on the bike pads, wipe the wheel rims dry
before riding.
Make sure the brake pads do not rub the tires.
15. Keep the chain well
lubricated.

Inspection
& Maintenance
1.General
Nuts and bolts
should be retightened every 1 ~ 2 weeks. Check frequently for damaged parts,
fork
alignment, and
positioning of all components.
2. Brakes
Keep brake
shoes centered on rim surface to avoid contact with tire and adjusted 3 ~ 4 mm
from
Inspect them
for wear, replacing when necessary. Wipe off any oil or dirt that accumulates
on rims.
3.Control
Cables
Cables stretch
with use. Inspect them regularly, taking up slack and replacing when worn or
damage
never allow
cables to kink.
4.Front Fork
Bent or damaged
forks should be repaired.

5. Head Set |
|
Keep locknuts tight, making
sure there is no play in the bearings. The fork
should turn freely. |
|
6.Front Wheel |
|
Wheel should be centered in
front fork with the quick release tight. Keep spokes and rim tube tight. |
|
The hub is shielded against
dirt and moisture, however, it should be inspected periodically, |
|
especially after riding in rain. Remove the front wheel and
turn the axle with your hands. It should |
|
move freely, with very little friction or
play. |
|
|
|
To loosen
the fix nut; adjust the boom tube Length of suitable size. |
|
Be sure of
tighten the fix nuts after adjustment. |
|
Boom
length adjusting, do not adjust over the limit line. |
|
Pedal Installation |
|
threads on the pedal before mounting. Fit the pedals on the |
|
crank arms with a 15 mm wrench. The right pedal(marked R) screws onto the crank arm in a clockwise
direction |
|
and the left pedal(marked L) screws
on , in a counter clockwise direction. |
|
Special Precaution for |
|
Braking power is reduced in wet
conditions and special care must be taken to stop safety. |
|
Proper brake adjustment and cable
lubrication will help, but the major responsibility lies |
|
with the rider. Since increased lever force is required, ride
more slowly and apply brakes |
|
sooner than would be necessary on dry roads. |
|
☆ When you wear trousers, please tie the legs of
trousers before riding. |

Warranty |

Our bents warrants the replacement
of original components of our bents, for defects in material l and / or
workmanship |
|
according to the following
conditions and limitations: The frame and fork are warranted to the original
purchase for 3 years, |

regardless of material, all other
bents parts specified as equipment on our recumbent are warranted by the |
|
original manufacturer. Please contact them directly, or via your
authorized dealer, for warranty service. |
|
Labour and transportation charges are not included. |
|
This warranty is limited to the
original retail purchaser only. Proof of purchase is required to validate
protection under |
|
this limited warranty. |

than an authorized dealer or use of
parts or devices not consistent with the use originally intended for the
recumbent |

as sold are not covered by this warranty. This recumbent
bike is not intended for use in stunt riding, ramp jumping or |
|
similar activities and this warranty
is void where the recumbent bike has been used in any of these ways |
